It is intended solely for educational purposes and as part of the developer’s professional portfolio. 1. Nature of the service The system is free, experimental, and may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Its purpose is to allow users to practice English through interactions with an AI-based virtual assistant. 2. Technologies used - Authentication via Google (Firebase Auth) - Infrastructure provided by Firebase Hosting - Artificial intelligence powered by Google Gemini API - Bot protection via Google reCAPTCHA v3 - The system may use cookies to keep sessions active and store user preferences 3. Personal data collected By using the system, the following data is collected: - Google login information: visible name and email address - Learning context, voluntarily entered by the user - Partial conversation history, limited to a maximum number of messages for cost control - Basic technical data from the device and browser Important: Part of this information is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate assistant responses. The internal handling of this data by Google cannot be guaranteed. 4. Use and storage of data - Data is used exclusively to personalize the user experience and enable the system’s functionality - We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties - Data may be stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers - Users can delete all their data by deleting their account in the app 5. Cookies We use functional and technical cookies to: - Maintain active sessions - Remember basic user settings Tracking or advertising cookies are not currently used, but this may change if the system requires financial sustainability through ads.
